By accessing or using the Lot Ranger Vehicle Dealer Management System (hereinafter referred to as "Lot Ranger" or "the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our System.
Lot Ranger is a comprehensive vehicle dealer management system designed to streamline inventory management, sales processes, and customer relationships for automotive dealerships.
3.1. To use Lot Ranger, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3.3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.1. You agree to use Lot Ranger only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. You may not use the System in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
4.3. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the System, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our System.
5.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any data you input into the System, including customer information.
6.1. The System, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lot Ranger and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the System without our prior written consent.
7.1. Lot Ranger is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
7.2. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
7.3. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice.
8.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the System immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the System will immediately cease.
9.1. Lot Ranger and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the System.
9.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us over the 12 months prior to the cause of action.
10.1. The System is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10.2. We do not warrant that the System will be uninterrupted or error-free.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to the Terms.
